Meet Blu, our inspiration and face of SpottyDog Apparel.
After taking on our spotty four legged friend in January 2023, it soon became apparent that my love for a clean house and home would be heavily challenged due to our water and mud loving pupper. Without fail, I would find myself washing her nylon/polyester collars, leads and harnesses on a daily basis. After being introduced to our first silicone based training line, this changed the game completely. Albeit, hideous in colour and design, our spotty pup was free to frolic through the muddy fields and swim in our local lochs without her lead retaining dirt, sand and water.
This is where our little venture comes in. Our easy clean training line spurred on the interest in designing custom collars and leads to ensure that our spotted K9 would be both stylish and practical, in the house and on our adventures.
